You may not use any lineart, tubes, graphics from other artists, my tubes made of lines from other artists and graphics I have made with tubes from other artists on any of these sites!!!You may only use tubes I have made and/or you have made from my own lineart and any creations made of these tubes and only of these tubes on social sites with a link back to my site.
Free Area
Lineart
All lineart is 100 % mouse drawn by myself.You may use it for personal and commercial use.
You have to shade the lineart before offering.
Please give credit to http://www.peppermintpixie.com by using one of my logos or just a text link.
Sigtags
To request the free monthly sigtag please fill out the form provided on the respective page.Please link the sigtag back to http://www.peppermintpixie.com by linking the sigtag itself or
providing a textlink on the same page you display the sigtag.
You may only request for yourself.
Please be polite when requesting the sigtag, write in full sentences and say thank you -
otherwise I will ignore this and further requests from you!

Every lineart package comes with a tube licence.
You may tube the lineart for personal and commercial use.
You may tube the lineart and put it in your members area for your members for end use only:
You have to display and link back the tube licence on every page you offer tube packs from my lineart packages.
As Is Licences/As Is Tubing Licences are available with every lineart package.
No As Is Use is allowed unless you have purchased an As Is Licence for the respective lineart package.
The As Is Licence allows you to place the lineart package as it is in your protected members area for your members to tube per your terms of use.
You have to display the As Is Licence together with the lineart package on the same page and link back to me.
With an As Is Tubing Licence you may sell your tubes in tubes packages as is.
You may put the tubes as is into your protected members area for your members to use per your terms of use.
You have to display and link back the As Is Tubing Licence on every page you offer your tubes as is.
No reselling of the lineart allowed.
No sharing allowed.
No altering allowed.
No use on social sites such as Livejournal etc. allowed.
Tubes
I offer tube packages made from my own lineart, my membership lineart or from purchased lineart.You may create sigtags, premades, websets, wp-themes, stationary and so on for personal or commercial use.
You have to create something with my tubes, just adding a name is not allowed.
If creating websets, wp-themes and stationary you have to give credit and display a link back to me.
If there are different terms of use from the original creator I'll state them on the page where I offer the respective tube package. Those terms of use have to be respected and followed as well.
No As Is Use allowed.
No reselling, no altering, no sharing with others allowed.
Do not claim my tubes as your own.
There is an As Is Licence available for tube packages only made from my own lineart.
With the As Is Licence you may put the tubes package as is into your protected members area for your members to use per your terms of use.
You have to display the As Is Licence with a link back to me on the same page the tube package is displayed.
Sigtags
Sigtags are for personal use only!You may not change them in any way, no recoloring or resizing.
You may not offer them for free or sell them nor sharing them in groups.
Member Area
General Terms
You don't need to have a website to join. But if you have one or more you have to give me the url/s and name/s of your site/s.By joining my members area you agree with my terms and follow them even if you haven't read them.
Your website may not contain any adult material or racism of any kind - it must be child friendly.
You must have the no right click, no drag and no image toolbar code installed on your website. These codes are available on Dynamic Drive.
If you need help with those codes please feel free to ask me.
Your website must be in English or German - these languages I speak fluently.
You may not share your login information with anyone.
You have to display your member logo and tube licence with a link back to my website on your membership site within seven days. Your member logo has to be displayed yon your membership site as long as you are a member. After your membership expired you can remove your member logo unless you continue to use any stuff from my member area - in that case your member logo must remain on your membership site. If you don't have a website you have to provide a text link back to my website when using stuff from my member area.
You may not share anything inside the member area with anyone or in groups (Yahoo, Google, MSN, Livejournal, Facebook etc.) or in forums.
If you state in your terms that everyone who joins your members area has to give you access to their members area to make sure they are following your terms then I will require access to your members area as well. I will never use anything from your members area without purchasing a membership to your members area first.
I offer 6 month, 12 month and lifetime memberships.The prices are low and will be put into new memberships, custom lines and purchaseware only. There are no extra fees for licences. Tubing Licence is already included in every membership. Lifetime membership means the lifetime of this site and not your lifetime or mine.
With purchasing a membership you pay for the content which is already inside the member area and not for any upcoming updates.
No refunds will be given after purchase is completed.
All outlines and tubes will be provided in psp and psd format and most of the stuff is on separate layers. No direct linking allowed - please download and save everything to your own harddrive.
If you break my terms I have the right to terminate your membership at any time with no refund being given. If your membership will be terminated due to breaking my terms you may no longer use anything you have downloaded from my website.

Lines/Custom Lines/As Is Lines
You may tube the lines/custom lines/as is lines and use those tubes for your member area, shop or for free.You have to color and shade the all lines - just flood filled is not allowed.
If you display your tubes made from my lines/custom lines/as is lines inside your member area or offer them in tube packs for free or in your shop you always have to display your tube licence with a link back to my website on the same page your tubes are displayed.
In case you tube custom lines/as is lines you also have to display any logos included with those lines with a link back to my website and/or the originial creator on the same page where the tubes are displayed. If no logo is included than you have to give credit to me and to the original creator on the same page where the tubes are displayed as well. If there are special terms they will be placed together with the respective lines and you have to follow them as well.
You may offer your tubes you made from my lines/custom lines/as is lines in your members area/shop or for free only for end use - no as is use for your members/customers allowed!
Bases must be dressed before offering - naked bases cannot be offered.
No as is use allowed.
Do not claim the lineart as your own.
No sharing, altering and reselling allowed.
Tubes/As Is Tubes
You may use the tubes for personal and commercial use.You may create sigtags, adoptions, premades, gifts, websets, stationary etc. with them. You have to create something with the tubes, e.g. a little scene. A text link back to my site would be fine wherever you display your creations made of my tubes and the as is tubes.
If you create websets and/or stationary with my tubes/as is tubes you have to provide a text link back to my website.
In case you use as is tubes for any of your creations a link back to the original artist of the tubes is required as well. If there are special terms for the as is tubes they will be placed together with the respective tubes and you have to follow them as well.
No as is use allowed.
You may not claim the tubes as your own.
No sharing, altering, recoloring and reselling is allowed.
Sigtags
All sigtags I create I am offering using the SigMachine from dear Sev.No need to request and wait for the sigtags anymore. After typing in your name and choose between some options for e.g. font, font size, hair color you can directly download the sigtags to your own hard drive.
You may use my sigtags as signature in forums, in your emails, for your collections and to decorate your website.
The sigtags are for your own use only - no sharing with others. You only may make sigtags with your name. Exceptions are friends/sisters and family tags. Those tags will be offered for two names as well. You can make them with your friends/sisters and family members name and gift them to the respective person as well. They have to follow my terms as well. And please no mass production.
You may not alter my sigtags.
You have to link back the sigtags to my website or provide a text link back on the same page you display my sigtags, e.g. bottom of the page.
Web Templates
The templates are for you to create websets for personal and commercial use.You may not share the templates as they are with anyone else.
You may change the templates for your personal needs.
Please do not remove my credit link at the bottom of the templates.
Even if you change the templates to suit your needs the credit must remain.
